When we do butt exercises, we get microscopic tears in the fibers of our muscles. This puts our buttocks in a healing phase called muscle recovery. Our body starts to synthesize protein to repair these tears to make our butt stronger and bigger than before so that it won't tear again! (See diagram above) If you don't have the proper balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat your muscles will have no way to repair itself and will thus become smaller and weaker. There are literally hundreds of scamming companies that try to sell bogus butt enhancement creams, pills and shakes! Why are they scams? Because they don't work! There are absolutely no creams or pills that make your butt bigger. They do not exist! Why do companies sell them? Because people wish these products did exist. These companies know people are looking for this kind of product so they take ordinary diet supplements and try to pass them off as 'specialty butt enhancing' powders, but these powders/creams/pills are no different than any other! These companies do not care if it works or how it effects your health. What's worse, so that consumers 'feel' like the products are working, they'll use ingredients that simply add water weight. Dinner:
Classic Chicken: 5oz Boneless grilled chicken breast, 1 cup of steamed broccoli, half a cup of whole grain brown rice.

Post Work Out:

Another tip would be to join a fitness site and track your calories and meals! My personal favorite is fitnesspal, it calculates how many calories I should eat a day to achieve my goal as well as track my nutrition requirements to ensure I'm meeting all of my dietary needs! It's a life saver!
